Return Policy

After-sale Return & Refund Service

Your satisfaction is our greatest wish. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back in accordance with the following Return Policy:

1.Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

2.Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in within 2 days of delivery, we will not issue store credit. Please email service@waxmaidstore.com for assistance.)

3.Items must be free of stains, residue, deodorant, or wear/use

 Follow the steps below to issue the hassle free return.  

  • Step 1. E-mail us at service@waxmaidstore.com within 24 hours of product delivery with your order number. 
  • Step 2. Take photos of all packaging and materials, AND the damaged item(s). 
  • Step 3. We will send you a return shipping label OR refund
  • Step 4. Repackage the item in the box it arrived in, and send it back to: GOOCIG, INC. 327 N 1ST ST APT B, Alhambra CA 91801, USA
  • Step 5. Receive a brand new replacement! 

If you are returning an item because of buyer's remorse a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount returned to the payee's original method of payment. In cases of buyer's remorse shipping expenses are the buyer's obligation to pay
