Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our greatest wish. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return or exchange your item(s), please contact us in 48 hours and send your item(s) back in accordance with the following Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be free of stains, residue, deodorant, or use.
  3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will not issue store credit. Please email service@waxmaid.com for assistance.)

You must purchase from www.waxmaidstore.com, all orders from smoke shops or other sites will not get the return& refund policy!!!

 Steps of how to issue the hassle free new item(s) Exchange, Return & Refund.

  • Step 1. Email us at service@waxmaid.com within 48 hours of product delivery with your order number.
  • Step 2. Take photos of your items details to make sure they are in good condition and haven’t been used, send those photos to us by Email or Waxmaid Store official Instagram(@waxmaidstore).
  • Step 3. Your item(s) condition being approved.
  • Step 4. Repackage the item(s) and ship it back to: 2488 Baumann Ave, San Lorenzo, CA 94580.
  • Step 5. We recieve your return package, and check it all fine.
  • Step 6. You’ll receive a brand new replacement or refund base on your requirements!

If you are RETURNING an item because of buyer’s remorse, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount returned to the payee’s original method of payment. 
Besides, all shipping expenses are the buyer’s obligation to pay. 

Steps of how to do with a damaged item(s) you’ve just received

  • Step 1. E-mail us at service@waxmaid.com within 48 hours of product delivery with your order number.
  • Step 2. Take photos of all packaging and materials, and details of the damaged item(s), send those photos to us by Email or Waxmaid Store official Instagram.
  • Step 3. Item(s) condition approved.
  • Step 4. We’ll send you a brand new items as compensation.
